Mr. Reed has represented individuals, businesses and government agencies in the areas of real estate (affordable housing, construction defects, homeowners associations, civil litigation, land use and residential transactions), and small business (entity choice and formation, and commercial litigation). His current practice consists of real estate, local government and wills/trusts.
